Hosting Information

  • Project-Based Hosting: 1st Year FREE. From Year 2 onwards: €30 per property/month.
  • Retainer Hosting: Included in monthly fee for active retainers.
  • Post-Retainer Hosting: €60 per property/month.

Retainer Program: "Digital Twin Partnership" (Annual Slots Model)

Slot Definition: 1 slot covers one property scan up to 150m².

Properties over 150m²: Consume 1 slot + an additional fee of €350 per 50m² block over 150m² (billed with that month's retainer fee).
